Yes, you can either book online by clicking the yellow button the the top of this page, or give us a call. 

Yes, we require a deposit depending on the vehicle and the length of your hire. 

 

Yes, please contact us. We are happy to make minor changes to bookings where possible, which may incur a small admin fee. 

If you need to cancel a booking, we need 24 hours notice from the beginning of the hire period. If it's less than 24 hours, we'll need to charge you for one day hire.  

We accept most major credit cards/ debit cards. We do not accept cash. The cardholder must be present. 

We take the cost of the rental from your deposit. After we have calculated any excess costs (i.e fuel, miles or damages) we will process your refund within 48 hours. 

Yes, just call us. The driver must come to the office to complete an Insurance form. Full driving licence and identification are required.

£5.00 a day. This is the cost of Insurance. 

If the van is brought back in poor condition, cleaning charges may be applied. We will also charge for any rubbish left in the vehicle.

For any Penalty Charge Notice received whilst the vehicle is on hire to you, an administration fee of £15 + VAT will be charged for each PCN received.

Absolutely! If you would like a copy, we can either print you a physical copy, or save the trees and email it to you.
